Treasure Hunt for Found Money



Who could use a little found money and who doesn't love a treasure hunt? The National Association of Unclaimed Properties Administrators (NAUPA) has a website that's like a virtual treasure hunt for found money. It's free, it's fun and I've actually found money for several relatives using this site. It's broken down by state (includes Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Canada). When you search for found money, don't forget to use any maiden names, formerly married names perhaps, etc. Also be sure to search in any state you've ever lived.
According to the website..."•Total of at least $32.877 billion is currently being safeguarded by state treasurers and other agencies for 117 million accounts." Who couldn't use a little found money? Let us know if you come up a winner! Good Luck!
